In his role, Geoff oversees all aspects of the company’s human resources operations, including recruitment and onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, policy development and administration, compensation and benefits, and regulatory compliance. He is dedicated to cultivating a positive, people-focused workplace culture that supports employee growth while advancing organizational objectives.
Before joining Green Knight Security, Geoff held HR leadership roles across a diverse range of industries, including healthcare, food production, retail distribution, legal services, and temporary staffing. Throughout his career, he has developed extensive expertise in workforce planning, training and development, employee retention, and strategic human resources initiatives that drive business success.
