Hiring Process

Green Knight Security requires all candidates to complete a strict hiring process that involves a preliminary application; a series of interviews; verification of employment; reference checks; drug testing; and a full background check, including criminal and civil court history, worker’s compensation report, and motor vehicle report. If you meet our evaluation criteria, you’ll then work to obtain a Guard Card from the Bureau of Security and Investigative Services (BSIS).
